Thank you for completing your SmartCredit signup and submitting your onboarding documents.
We’re excited to officially begin working on your file.
Here’s what happens next:
Within the next 72 hours our team will carefully review everything you submitted to ensure:
- Your documents are clear, readable, and accepted by the credit bureaus
- Your SmartCredit account is active and properly linked to our system
- There are no missing or incorrect items that could delay your progress
If anything needs to be corrected, we will reach out via email with instructions.
Important response window
If we request updated documents or SmartCredit adjustments, you will have 48 hours to respond.
Due to the volume of clients and active files, failure to respond within that timeframe may result in delays or your file being placed on hold.
If you do not hear from us, that means everything has been successfully submitted and approved.
You will be officially onboarded within the next 72 hours. Keep an eye out for your next email — it will include access to our mobile app.
After review & approval
Once onboarding is complete:
- You’ll receive access to our mobile app to track your progress
- All updates and communication will be sent via email (please check spam/junk as well)
Your dispute process
Your file will be reviewed by our team and compliance specialists to build a custom strategy specific to your credit profile — no templates.
- Round 1 is sent via tracked mail
- Each round lasts approximately 35 business days from the time bureaus receive it
- You’ll receive a detailed progress update at the end of each round
- You’ll also receive a welcome email outlining key do’s and don’ts to maximize results
